Yes this is me in the photo above. I used to struggle to maintain a dress size, finding myself on low calories diets and doing long bouts of cardio to see any changes. (This was never sustainable for longer than 4 weeks) But then I started to weight train and pay attention to my nutrition and things started to change. It was amazing and just 12 weeks later I was in the best shape of my life!

I created my Project Badass program, to help you achieve the same success I had.

Project Badass is designed for women who want to transform their body, lose fat and build muscle by weight training regardless of their level of experience.

Here are some commonly asked questions that you may find helpful. 

Q: I don’t have a gym membership can I still do Project Badass? 

A: Ideally you would need to be a member or have access to a gym facility. However we do have members who are training from home with home training plans. You will need to invest in some equipment to do this.

Q: I am new to lifting weights is this suitable for me? 

A: Yes, Project Badass caters for all fitness capabilities and level of experience. All training plans come with video demos and there are variations to exercises to suit you. You will also be able to reach out for guidance and support whenever you need it.

Q: But I am nervous about lifting weights in a gym.

A: Thats a very normal reaction to have.  50% of the ladies who join Project Badass have never set foot in the weights area of the gym. They all had the same worries as you but now they love it. Don’t worry the Project Badass ladies have your back.

Q:  Will I see results? 

A: Yes you will. As long as you are following the nutrition and training plans you will absolutely see results. Each week your progress is reviewed so adjustments and changes can be made if needed to keep pushing results,

Q: What happens after Project Badass, can I do it again? 

A: Yes absolutely you can sign up as many times as you like. Big changes can be made in 12 weeks and you may want to see what else you can achieve. We have members now who have been following Project Badass now for a year.

Q: I have a few events or a holiday coming up, can I still do this? 

A: That won’t be a problem. We understand life carries on and we will give you ways that will help you manage social events so you can still enjoy life and see results. If you are going on holiday then a training plan and help with nutrition is provided so you can carry on whilst away.
