 Once you become a Fit with V.Fit Member you get access to our MEMBERS ONLY Facebook group . This is where is all happens. You can either join me for the daily workouts either LIVE at 6am OR you can catch up at a more suitable time for you. We can all find 20 mins in our day to squeeze a good fat burning workout in.

Don’t worry if you are a complete beginner, this is suitable for all fitness abilities. I always give workout variation so you can keep moving and get results no matter what your current level of fitness is.
